Lack of instruction to the unit there are no manuals to any of these devices if you cant read the language good luck on figuring it out as i have asked multiple times for a owners manual and they dont have it... I had to do a refund request to get any cooperation. the arms were slanted downwards and after watching a video on how to fix it i see its a usage problem that continues to push the adjustment of the arms down and not parallel to the floor. the vinyl was bunching up and looked used and old even though i had only a handful of people sit on the table.. I have yet to get the hallo of the water unit to pressurize enough for it tobe functioning properly and the steam seems to also be backed up and not working making a loud noise... I've past the 30 day return window unfortunately because of the lack of instruction and run around ive had to get an electrician and plumber to work on the table.. i advise them to put instructions or a users manual in the future.
